Who we are
My Tax Amigo (company details to be confirmed) is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@mytaxamigo.com.
What we collect
Your first name, email address, current situation, and optionally your main income country and planned move period. We record when you registered, verified your email and accepted this notice, plus campaign tags (e.g. utm_source) from the link you used.
What we don't collect
We never ask for ID, NIE, tax numbers, bank or card details, employer names or tax documents. The income figures you enter in the tax preview stay in your browser and are not stored on our servers; we only record that a preview was started or completed, plus the countries, income types and region selected.
Why we use it
To manage the early-access waiting list and founding-member allocation (legitimate interest / your request), and — only if you opt in separately — to send you news and launch offers (consent).
How long we keep it
Until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Use our contact page and choose "Delete my data" or "Export my data". You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Security
Data is stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised administrators, and every administrative change is logged.
